Shipping Policy

Ground Shipping
We ship all packages via FedEx, USPS and UPS. All orders are shipped quickly. The shipment date may differ from your order date. Generally speaking, you should expect your package to ship from our warehouse within one to two business days after placing your order. Send your query regarding the shipment date to [email protected].
USPS Priority Express & USPS Two to Three Day Priority
In addition to standard shipping methods, we offer USPS Priority Express and USPS two to three day Priority Shipping to customers within the United States of America. Any Priority order placed prior to 12 p.m. PST will ship the same day. All orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will ship the following day.
Confirmation Email
We send a confirmation email when you place your order. If you do not see our email, you need to look in the spam folder. It is important that you find our email because you will also receive another email with your notification of shipment that includes information about tracking your package.
Insurance and Signature Confirmation
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage shipments unless you buy insurance and provide confirmation of your signature.
International Shipments
Powerfy ships packages to international wholesalers according to specific protocol. As the purchaser, you are responsible for paying VAT, duty, taxes, tariff, handling fees, customs fees and any other charges your government imposes for the importation of consumer products. We do not ask for payment of the fees before your order ships because cost estimation is different depending on each country. We ask that you determine any additional charges before placing your order so you can receive customs clearance.
Shipments are Not Shipped on the Following Holidays
We do not ship any orders placed on certain official holidays when the postal service is not open. However, you can place your order via our official website. We are not able to ship your packages on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and the Day after Christmas.
